Cialis
Cialis (tadalafil) is a drug that can be prescribed for patients unable to sustain their erection for a period sufficient to have sex. Cialis works by stimulating the blood flow to the tissues of the penis making it possible for the patient to last longer in bed – for as long as necessary, in fact. Beware of such a rare but serious side effects as sudden vision loss that is sometimes reported by people taking anti-impotence medications. While it's not clear whether developing this side effect has to do with the mere fact of taking Cialis, or it is also contributed to by such factors as the patient being older than 50, smoking, and being diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and high cholesterol, make sure you report this side effects as soon as you suspect it directly to your health care provider. The following mild side effects are more likely and can be observed in about 20% of people taking Cialis, especially when they have just begun their treatment: indigestion, heartburn, cough, backache, stomach pain, headache, flushing, diarrhea, and muscle pain. The mild side effects mentioned may indicate your body is adjusting to the dosage prescribed, although in some cases, when they persist, talking to your doctor about a dose adjustment is recommended. Do not combine Cialis with any other medications you are taking at the moment, such as low blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, liver, kidney, or heart disease, stroke, bleeding disorder, heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diseases affecting the shape of the penis, blood cell problems, ulcers, chest pain, and diabetes. Since this medicine is intended for men only, it is not supposed to be taken by females. Cialis is not expected to do harm to unborn babies but may pass into breast milk.
